Digital Product Delivery

1. Delivery Method

All Al-Qalam Language Center digital products are delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, you will receive an email containing your secure download link. No physical product will be shipped.

2. Delivery Timeframe

Download access is typically provided within minutes of payment confirmation. In rare cases involving payment processing delays, delivery may take up to 24 hours.

If you have not received your product within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us immediately.

3. Download Access

Your download link will be active for a limited period following purchase. Please download your product promptly after receiving your delivery email. If your link expires before you are able to download, contact us and we will reissue access.

4. Supported Formats

Al-Qalam digital products are delivered in PDF format, compatible with all major devices and PDF readers. No special software is required beyond a standard PDF viewer.

5. Re-Download Requests

If you lose access to your downloaded file, we may, at our discretion, provide a re-download opportunity. Please contact us with your original order reference.
