Al-Qalam Language Center is committed to delivering high-quality digital resources. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Nature of Digital Products

All products sold through Al-Qalam Language Center are digital downloads. Upon successful payment, access to the product is provided immediately. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once the product has been delivered or accessed.

2. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be considered in the following circumstances only:

  • You were charged but did not receive access to the product due to a technical error on our part.
  • You were charged more than once for the same product.
  • The product delivered is materially different from what was described on the product page.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Inability to use the product due to device or software incompatibility (please verify requirements before purchase).
  • Partial use of the product.

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, contact us within 7 days of your purchase with:

  • Your order confirmation number or payment reference.
  • A description of the issue.

We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
